Fishing trip

Hello people,

Do you like fishing?

In Saturday,May 19,I went fishing in 'Manaduru' with my friends. Perhaps many people don't know where Manaduru is. Here is map for Manaduru.

I usually go fishing in sea dyke, but this day I get on the fishing boat after a long time. Actually,I get seasick very easily. So,I have to take a medicine for seasickness.

This picture of right side is Manaduru harbor. We go out of sea from here. The time when I took this picture is 7 in the morning.

After taking luggages on board, our boat sailed out to sea at 7.30 a.m.

This picture is not table mountain but sea cliff.

I hooked 'Marbled rockfish',it's called 'Kasago' in japanese. It looks like monster but it's tastes good!

In the end, I hooked 4 fishes.

At the dinner,I cooked the boiled fish.

Fishing is fun!! Do you challenge it?

Cheers!

Hello people,

Today,I write the topic about alcohol. Sake? No no,I don't like sake. So,this topic is not Japanese but my particular hobby.

From a year ago,I get wrapped up in making a cocktail. It is very interesting, because it is very profound.

I have the recipe of cocktail as follows.

with Gin:
Martini
Singapore sling
Gimlet
Mgnolia blossam

with Tequila:
Margarita
El diablo
Tequila sunrise
Matador
Brave bull

with Rum:
Cuba libre
Daiquiri
Bacardi

Unfortunately,I can't drink vodka. So, I don't know how to make the vodka-based cocktail.

Well,in this time,I will introduce the recipe of "Margarita",it is tequila-based cocktail. Ingredients are 2 ounces tequila,1 ounce cointreau,1 ounce fresh lime juice,a wedge of lemon and coarse salt.

The recipe is ...

1. moisten outside the rim of a cocktail glass with a wedge of lemon and then roll the rim in the coarse salt.

2. In the cacktail shaker, combine the Tequila, cointreau, fresh lime juice,2 or 3 ice cubes, and shake it well.

3. Pour it into a cocktail glass!!

It tastes very good, but it contains very strong alcohol.

Be careful not to drink too much or you will have a hangover next day.

Do you try to eat?

Hello people,

Do you know fermented soy beans? In Japanese,it is called "natto",not NATO.

Including part of japanese, many people reject to eat because of the smell. Some people say it is disgusting. And some people say it is not smell of food. And some people say it is right rotten.

Far from it! It is not simply rotten but fermented. "fermented" is not equal to "rotten".

In the world, there are many fermented food, for example,Surströmming,it is Swedish. Natto is just one of the fermented food.

It's true that natto has a distinctive smell. But it contains many kind of nutrients, such as protein etc.

In general, natto is eaten with mustard, chopped leek, and soy sauce. In addition, there are ways to eat with raw egg, tuna or okra.

If you have opportunity to come to Japan, why don't you try to eat?
